Submissions

Abstracts are invited either for oral or poster presentation. If accepted the presenter will be expected to register for the meeting. Submissions should be by e-mail to bianca.saunders@addenbrookes.nhs.uk.

The abstract should contain the following sections: institution, author's name, title, introduction, objectives, material & methods, results and conclusion. The abstract should be no longer than 250 words not including title, authors and institution. No references, tables or figures are required. Please use initials and last name only for authors. Only the primary institution should be listed. All accepted abstracts will be allocated as either an oral or poster presentation at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. Please specify which type of presentation is your preference and record an e-mail address for correspondence.

Authors will be contacted by e-mail to confirm acceptance. Please do not submit a presentation unless you intend to present it. The date and time of the presentation will be posted on the final programme for the meeting.

The closing date for submissions is midday on Friday 19 December 2008.
